AMAZING EMPLOYEES! AMAZING SERVICE! AMAZING AND PHENOMENAL JOB! Our home was so hot only cooling the back half leaving two of my children’s rooms over 85 degrees my 7 year old and my 1 year old. Kevin came out and crawled under our home through mud to get our duct work hooked back up to the front part of our home! As a mama, I’m so incredibly thankful for him for caring about my babies and coming out on a Sunday. I promise to check the drain more often so it never happens again! Thank you again for giving my babies a cool place to sleep! We’ve tried other companies before but it wasn’t until we called OTIS air conditioning and refrigeration that things actually started getting fixed no more band aid fixes!
