Wickenburg Air

We scheduled an appointment about a week in advance and had someone at the property to meet them for the estimate. On the morning of the appointment, we got a call saying they wouldn’t be coming because our home in Morristown was too far. While I understand the location might be out of the way, canceling at the last minute felt unprofessional, especially after confirming. We’re coordinating multiple estimates, and this wasted time and effort on our part. I’m not giving a one-star review because they may do quality work — this rating reflects my opinion about their professionalism.

SECOND UPDATE: my experience is improving. They sent a tech out and he was very quick to sort out the issue and explained the problem to me with detail. The suggestion is replacement, so now we will see how quickly that gets done. My first impression is still not great, since it took all weekend to get a phone call or a person out. Not a 24hr/7day a week business. FIRST UPDATE: they've called me back at last and I am second up this morning. I'm still annoyed about the timing, so now we get to see how these folks do on getting the job done. Communication though, still not thrilled.Our first request for service took a week to get a tech out, and calls from the owner, the manager, and myself. I am posting this review for my ex. He wants to thank (He thinks her name is Pam) for coming out to Peeples Valley today and fixing the heat and air unit. He said she was very professional, absolutely reasonably priced and knew exactly what to do. He highly recommends this company. Thank you so much for your honesty and thorough inspection. Wickenburg air is the best! Patti was on time and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. We left to have breakfast, came home and the air wasn't working again. The owner Brandon came out on a Friday afternoon and found the problem, fixed it and it's been great ever since. Very affordable, wonderful customer service would recommend them every time!

So refreshing to have a company exceed your expectations! Our heat pump quit working and Wickenburg Air arrived ahead of schedule. Cliff repaired it in short order at a very reasonable rate. The scheduler (I apologize I don't recall her, name) was friendly as was Cliff. This kind of service is getting more difficult to find in the Colorado service industry. We highly recommend Wickenburg Air!
