Thank you Tom & and your partner. You guys are seriously awesome. Our well pump took a crap on us the day before Christmas and they came to save the day. Came to the house on Tuesday within a hour of calling. Swapped what seemed wrong ran some tests, cleaned up and left. Mid Thanksgiving day we had the same issue. Called to leave a message in hopes that someone would get back with us tomorrow, but the owner answered and said he’d be out in a couple hours. They arrived, and within 15 minutes found the apparent issue. Fixed the issue and ran thru several cycles. Seems all Is well , but we were told to call back as soon as something happens. Big shout out to wickenburg pump for going above and beyond. Anyone with we’ll pump issues would do them selves a favor by calling the guys a wickenburg pump.

Had my well go down late Friday night. Called Tom on Saturday morning and he was very helpful. He even opened up the shop on Saturday to meet me and get me the parts to get my well back up and running. I would highly recommend Wickenburg Pump to anyone needing well and pump services. Tom is very knowledgeable in his field.

This is a great business! The response time to my issue was amazing. My well shut down just before sunrise. A call to the office at 7:00 am was answered by the owner! WOW. He had his crew our to my place within 30 minutes. Tom diagnosed the issue, made the proper repair and made a few other checks to reassure me of the state of the system. IMO, great service, extremely professional technicians and reasonably priced. All this in June! Thanks to the owner and his team! Thanks Tom! Do I recommend? You bet I do!
