When our 6 year old well (installed by a different well company) stopped pumping and we got a code on our pump panel of FO5, which is ‘short circuit’, we had no idea what could be wrong. I called Curtis at Wicker Well and he knew immediately what that code meant—not good— and was at our home to evaluate within the hour. Then he told it to us straight. Our pump 680 feet down had stopped working altogether. He gave us a fair price to replace and had his technicians here the next day. Dave and Chad were highly professional, personable and knew their job well They were a well oiled machine and had our well up and working within 24 hours of calling! We have used Wicker a couple of times. Each time they were quick to respond, quick to come out, and quick to fix the problem. I will tell you, it is very hard nowadays to find Honest people, that actually care and don't try to gouge you like other companies. Curtis to me, is the best. He is very good at what he does and his Bill for services was absolutely affordable. Our well died on Saturday, we called Curtis on Sunday, and Monday we had a new well. I will not use anyone else, nor would I ever recommend anyone else. Wicker is simply the best! Thank you So Much Curtis!

Curtis and his team are the real deal. Prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They came out and put a new booster pump and pressure tank in. They were competitive with their pricing and they were detailed and informative through the whole process. If you’re looking for a trusted well guy that won’t gouge you and be upfront and honest and give you the time of day, I would highly recommend wicker well.

Dishonest. Don’t trust them. If you have home warranty and referred to them by your home warranty, they will show up make an assessment, give you an estimate and act as though everything is in good order. They will finish the work and ask you to pay the bill. When you ask about the home warranty they act as though they had no idea that this was ordered by home warranty. You will end up paying the whole bill and the home warranty deductible. They walk away double dipping and not having to follow the home warranty rules of coverage and approval.

When our well pump quit, we called these folks they came out right away to determine what the issues were. They were amazingly fast with diagnosis and with pump replacement. They work well as a team, my husband referred to them as “a well oiled machine”. Fast, reliable, and pricing was fair. They also gave us a military discount for my husbands 20 year service in the Army. That’s always a plus in our book! Would absolutely recommend this company!
