I scheduled an appointment for Thursday for furnace checkup, Tech came Saturday. No big deal for me. The Teach was very very knowledgeable about furnace systems. He showed me everything I needed to do to make furnace safer. Cleaned the filter. He really took the time to explain the whole thing to me. I think this business gets a bad rap because maybe they need an office manager. Otherwise, was pleased with knowledgeable rep that came to my house.

Called all day,could not get an answer. Then after 5, finally got a call with the news that since it was after 5 there would be an extra charge for an after hours call. I agreed to wait until the next morning. I had another company look at my heater and he could not repair it At no charge. Then Mike showed up and informed me it was the mother board. Out of suspicion of being ripped off, I marked the board with a light blue marker. Mike went on to tell me he had ordered a new board and it would be a day or 2 for shipping. Then later that day a woman from his office called and said to help me out that they had sent someone from their office to go down the hill to pick up the board and Mike claimed he installed it. I called and set up an estimate for my home in Running Springs. They would not give me a time only a day. I was of course out when they arrived for the estimate. I gave them a door code to get in and when I get back, some things had been moved so I checked the cameras and I see that they had walked through the house with a dog. I got the price and set up a day for the work without the dog.(my wife and I love dogs but she has severe allergies). Nobody showed up and no call. Called the next day and set up another appointment for the next week. Again nobody showed up or called. I am a general Contractor and Construction Inspector for the state so I work with Contractors and subcontractors everyday. I will not be using or recomending this company for anything. I waited for 3 weeks to have heat. Tech left here on Thanksgiving eve after installing new unit. Had family coming it worked for 1 hour then nothing . We waited for someone to call no response. Waited days before anyone called back. Do not call this company. Save yourself heartache and stress. It is not Better Business Accredited. Also has several complaints on file. We didn’t get a new installation/information booklet now I’m wondering if the unit is new or what . I’ve called him twice about getting the back page. He told me 2 weeks ago he’d get in the mail called yesterday (oh I mailed that months ago. He claims someone else is taking over the business. But when I call he’s still there. Also this was installed in November.I simply don’t trust the guy.

Bad experience and they DID NOT fix my furnace. Charged me $120 for 10 minutes of work, said my furnace was fixed, 10 minutes after he left it never came back on. Sent another tech he said it is now fixed, 10 min after he left the furnace never came back on. I called them 3 times and left a message. Finally talked to a lady she said he would call me back. Still waiting 4 week later.
