Our experience has been wonderful. We needed a new water heater and called to get a quote on a Sunday. We received a response same day from Luke with a much better quote on the installation of both the water heater and prv. We received prompt service the next day and the plumbers were professional, communicative and respectful while working in our home. I had additional concerns and they provided help right away. Bryan assessed and repaired as needed but also explained everything which was much appreciated. We appreciate everyone going above and beyond for us!

Chase was able to come same day and make necessary repairs so I had a working bathroom again. He’s very knowledgeable and explained things in ways I understood (I’m not plumbing savvy at all). He took his time to do the work efficiently and left no mess!! Will 100% use Wiegand again. Very friendly staff, hard workers, and do a wonderful job.

This morning, our water heater was not working and there was water all over the floor. Megan was able to get someone this afternoon to come take a look. Gabe thought it was a problem with the pressure relief valve so while replacing it he showed me the crack along the valve that was causing the leak. So glad to have experts within reach, and everyone was so pleasant and professional! We have hot water again - thank you so much!

I called after hours about a problem with my water heater and got a call back within an hour. They had the part I needed in stock, were able to accommodate my work schedule, and sent a plumber out the very next afternoon. He had the water heater fixed in half an hour. Everyone was friendly and helpful! This was my first time using this company, but I will definitely call back next time I'm in need of a plumber!
