The only thing I can say I was annoyed about was that they didn’t answer the phone and didn’t respond to my voice mail, but they had a tech out the same day and fixed my AC unit. Overall great service!

Beware! They've told me that my furnace control board was bad, actually it was perfectly fine. Beware, they will try to sell you parts that you don't need. They've charged me way over price and rude. The manager or owner was rude. I went in to picked up the part for my furnace and it was over charged, when I refused to pay for it. He was rude and unhappy. Don't trust them!

Called to see if they could help with our water heater at one of our rental properties. Immediately heard swearing and said they couldn’t help & that all they could do was sell us one. Which we had already thought about buying but just wanted to see if there could be a temporary fix. Immediately left. Very unpleasant.

Called 2 days straight too morning and afternoon just like review I gave for keller plumbing, left message never got any response back no one ever answer the phone...should not ever have a number in place for your business because you wont answer it anyways...

After multiple calls during their business hours over the course of three days, without an answer or being called back, I went with another business. Nov 25 - Nov 27
