Recently hired this company to repair our stucco and paint our house. Couldn't be happier. House looks great. The crew worked efficiently and no time wasted. Wil and his team are fantastic.  His team are on time, very professional, and do quality work.  I initially asked them to do a stucco repair and it looks great, you cannot tell there was any repair.  I then asked Wil and his team to paint the entire house, and again a fantastic job.  They use top brand paints specifically designed for masonary and stucco (I looked it up).  The team is fast and very professional.  They left the job site clean and looking great.  I would recommend Wil and his team for any job. I cannot say enough good things about Wilmer Cruz and Wil Contractors Inc. We had a carpenter ant issue for years before realizing that there was a leak at the expansion joint of our original stucco allowing water inside the outer wall of our house. Wilmer and his crew came out and were able to remove all the stucco and rotten wood, replace the studs, re applied the stucco and painted in just a couple days. They worked hard each day and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were even able to salvage my garden in front of the wall without me even asking! The price was extremely reasonable and the general contractor doing our bathroom remodel even commented on what a good job they did. They completely fixed our nightmare.
