We called Allen about some issues we were having in our bathroom with outlets and a light fixture. He was here within the hour- very professional, knowledgeable and found the problem right away. He fixed the problem with ease and was extremely fair priced. He wanted to do everything the RIGHT way- which is hard to find now a days. Alan Wilaby (Wilaby Enterprises) is dishonest. I took an espresso machine to him for repair. He was supposed to change the PID (controls temp) and the thermo-coupler, both parts I provided from the tech company that originally installed the PID. I also gave him the phone numkber to the tech expert in case he needed assistance. He replaced the PID but the machine has never worked correctly since. He did not replace the thermo-coupler saying "I'm sure the old one is still fine". I explained to him when I dropped it off that the tech experts advised to replace the thermo-coupler when replacing the PID, to ensure proper operation. My very nice commercial grade machine has never worked properly since. The temp is completely uncontrolled. I have since found out why he did not change the
