Our hot water heater expansion tank sprung a leak. Made a mess. I was very happy to hear that Matt was on his way to fix things. My hot water heater was about 19 years old so I figured I’d replace it too. Matt found the right tank for our limited space. Everything fixed the same day and in just a few hours. Next day I got a call from their office to apologize for the fact that I was accidentally charged too much for the repair. I was quickly refunded the difference. I am very impressed by their honesty and integrity. You’ve earned yourself a loyal customer. Thank you for making a terrible day much better!

We have used Wilbur Henry for a few years now & have nothing but good things to say. !! Our furnace needed replaced so we chose to do the AC as well. They came out and got the job done regardless of the snow on the ground and low temperatures. From start to finish they have always been very professional.

I've used them for years and was very satisfied with their service. I called 2 day ago forservice.and they could not give me a specific time when they could come. I got a call from them today without any advance notice. I called them back and they said I would have to reschedule it, but they didn't give me a specific time to begin with. Very disappointed!
