Wilcox Landscaping

I'm not sure how this company is still in business. They have zero communication with a contract holder and when we tried to call their office no one picks up the phone. Despite leaving message after message on their answering machine, even going to the point of stating we were about to get legal representation involved - still nothing. It's like they just don't care. Our maintenance corporation has had to literally chase down their crews on foot over in the adjacent subdivision because they were skipping large sections they should have been mowing for weeks. After running after one of their crews, they just said OK and came back and mowed. That held up for about two months and here we go again, they stopped mowing it again and the grass is almost 2 ft high - which looks "great" for

I park my vehicle in the corner of a parking lot because I try to take care of it from dings and dents. I walked out to my vehicle one day and found grass sprayed all over the side of it. The landscaping crew was working on the property that day. I then called the manager, Ray Ward, who was very rude and discourteous on the phone. Sounded like I was inconveniencing him and he had better things to do then to hear my complaint. He never once even so much as apologized about what happened. I then emailed him pictures the same day and he never bothered responding back to my email. I would highly discourage anyone from using this company. They clearly don’t care about their clientele.

They do a quick job mowing my lawn to the point the mower tears up my grass and seem to never trim weeds. It has been VERY obvious that trimming is required and still never gets done. I bought my own trimmer to do their job. Complaints have been put in with no change

Cut grass n don't blow grass or mulch etc off porch when done!!! Crew Manager literally sat there smoking his cigarette with 2 other employees watching me sweep the cut grass & mulch off porch! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Excellent company with kind and professional staff. I would highly recommend them.
