Wilcoxon Construction

We had Wilcoxon remodel our pool with new coping stone and waterline tile. As with any major remodel, it can be stressful - not with Wilcoxon! They arrived on time, finished the job on schedule, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. There were a few hiccups along the way (as should be expected with any major renovation), but, in the end, Wilcoxon made it right and we could not be happier with the final outcome! Thank you to the entire crew at Wilcoxon!

We engaged Wilcoxon to re-plaster our pool in March 2021. There was an issue that eventually got resolved after 4 months, MANY MANY phone calls that went unanswered, and complete disrespect for us as customers. The on-site crew that finally came to fix the issue was great but I would have a hard time recommending this company to anyone.

Paid in fall 2017 for a first schedule 2018 replaster. They arrived in April to prep pool by chipping and priming. Chipped out all my stair border tiling by accident and then tried to charge me extra to put it back in. They acquiesced after some debate, but it really leaves a bit to be desired on customer quality side to have to fight to have personal responsibility acknowledged. They also have not come back to finish the job yet - have not seen them since the day they prepped the pool, going on three weeks ago. I do not believe they will finish in time for my Memorial Day party now, so it has been canceled as a result. That lack of scheduling follow through is another disappointing part. Was provided a estimate with Wilcox and provided a 10% discount that they did not honor at time of scheduling, Company lacks integrity and follow up.

We are happy with the replastering and tile work. Couple of small hitches which they took care of. We would recommend them.
