Rick A was a great representative of this top tier home improvement company. He explained the insurance process flawlessly and made sure we understood every aspect including all communications with adjuster, out-of-pocket cost, project timeline etc. On the day of roof replacement, all questions and concerns were addressed while the roofers did the removal and installation of new shingles. They did a neat and flawless job with not one nail left behind.

I used Wildwood Roofing to replace my home’s roof after the storms on 314 day this year. The roof had hail and wind damage & both needed replacing. The staff were friendly, helpful and explained everything very thoroughly every step of the way. Stefanie was amazing in helping me through the process with updates, professional opinions and guidance as well.

*** Not A Local Company any more sold out to private equity*** While Wildwood Roofing did a good job on the actual roofing, their customer care was severely lacking. From the beginning, communication was an issue. I made it clear upfront that our business would be open during the installation, and I was assured they would be mindful of our guests by not throwing roofing and gutter materials near the front entrance. Unfortunately, this wasn’t communicated to the crew. Despite multiple calls to address the issue, nothing changed. Materials continued to be thrown into walkways, creating hazards for our guests. There was also a language barrier with the on-site crew, which made addressing the issues difficult. To make matters worse, I received no call-backs from customer service or management

Wildwood Roofing Did a Remarkable Job on my Home ,My Project Manger Devin Madden paid attention to evey Detail ,Devin answered all my questions & concerns , Devin was on-site thou out the process to insure the project ran smoothly but more importantly correctly .Devin provided me his Contact info and Never failed to respond and address every Concern .I cannot Praise him enough for all his expertise and his attention to details that he provided in making my home look amazing !

So, I called Wildwood roofing and construction a week ago now. I had talked to a Chase who was a very pleasant person to talk to on the phone. We talked about possibly patching a spot in my roof. Along with some siding work. We scheduled for last Friday to come and check out the work to be done. I took some time out of my work schedule to meet someone. Unfortunately, no one showed up and no call. It has been a week now with no word.
