When our well tank started acting up I called Wiley Well Drilling on a Monday morning. They came out the same day to diagnose the issue. My tank needed to be replaced, and they came back the very next day to do the necessary work. I so much appreciated the prompt attention and professional service they provided. Highly recommended.

Woke up to having no water! Called Wiley Well Drilling hoping to be placed on a work order. Jack and his ENTIRE team went up and beyond from the very first call. Jack and his technician came out the same day that I called to assess the situation. They had us water within minutes!!! Not only is this company great at what they do , they truly place their customers first and make them a priority. Wiley Welling Drilling hands down is the #TheBest!!! We highly recommend calling them TODAY if you are looking for any water / well services!!!

It was Sunday afternoon, right after church when we discovered we had no water. Called a service man to look to discover we can’t get out well pump out. We were able to put a temporary bandaid on the problem to have water but wasn’t sure how long that would last. I called Wiley’s for an estimate after reading mostly positive reviews. Jack came to check it out for us and give us an estimate on a new well as we pretty much knew that’s the direction we were going in. He mapped out 2 locations for us. I was given an estimate based off of the depth of our current well and the other stuff that needed done. A few years ago my landscaper ran over my well pump. My family of five was without running water for almost 7 weeks while insurance was sorted out. Remedy plumbing, who we originally gave the check to, outsources Wiley’s to dig out new well. As soon as Wiley’s heard that we were without water they dropped everything, including the owner jack to be personally on site. Jack himself was in my crawlspace making sure it was done right. The kindest people I’ve ever dealt with. Just this week my pump switch went out. Called jack and he had two guys at my house first thing and got it fixed for the price of a service call. The man answered on a Sunday, people like the guys and gals at Wiley’s SHOW there are kind and hard working people left that care about each other. 12/10 highly recommend.

Wiley’s well drilling and overall service Deserves A 5 out of 5 rating they have drilled 6 wells here on my farm in Winchester In. All are in great working condition !! Even though one was 20 years ago they are both polite and professional in their dealings , they even show up on time as scheduled !! A rare occurrence this day and age !! The office staff are also friendly knowledgeable and pretty !! All speak positive proper English . Wileys is by far the Best !!! - R Hahn.
