Wileys Wet and Wild Pools

Extremely unprofessional. Appeared to be under the influence. Didn't even complete what they were paid to do. Response to claim from from owner that this is fake. Here is a picture of your truck in my driveway with you moving sand to level an area for a pool. The next picture is the ground when it was supposedly level. The last picture is me fixing it beacuse the diameter was well over 3" off from being "level". Second response to owner. The whole point is you were here, you did not level the ground which you were paid to do. You claimed this review was fake and it is not.

Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to replacing our pool liner! Thankful for his quick help to get our pool relined and closed for the winter. Highly recommend for any of your pool needs!!

Horrible pool installer. Ended up firing him and paying more for another contractor to clean up his mess. Constantly asked for money, and refused to come back until we paid the final payment. The final payment was due when the liner went it, he never installed the liner. He actually asked for phase 2 money before even starting work on the pool (which was not agreed on). Our in ground pool sticks out of the ground approximately 12 inches. Concrete work looks horrible. Broke our sump pump exit line, and never said anything to us. They would leave a mess on our property and not show up for days, or even weeks. He told us the pool would be done by July 4th, and didn’t even start on excavation until July 8th… AVOID AT ALL COST…Nothing but a headache!!

Kevin and his team worked tirelessly to bring my pool back from the edge. I was debating on filling it in but Kevin made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. With the state my pool was in I didn’t expect perfection and I know he did his best with what was there. Tons of delays due to the manufacturing of the liner. Only thing that I would change is his timing on when he and his team showed up, but with the fluidity of the other jobs flexibility is key.
