I have used Richter Moving 3 times and they are always professional, considerate, show up on time, if not early. This past weekend they moved me in the middle of a heat wave. No complaining, no exaggeration of how hard they were working. The move was accomplished in the time expected, even though I had to add a few items at the last minute. I will always use this company. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We used Richter Movers for a move within Hoboken, and I was extremely happy. George came by a few days before to look at the apartment and provide a quote. The day of the move, three guys showed up on time. Even though there was some delay due to parking issues (not their fault), they still completed the entire move faster than expected. All three guys were professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had a stressful move which was made much less stressful by George and his crew. First they moved everything to a to a storage unit very efficiently and cheerfully. Price came in exactly as was estimated plus some packing I requested. Then the move to Connecticut was completed a week later. Again, at exactly the price I was quoted. The truck arrived in Connecticut early. George was always available by phone to answer questions about how to pack and what to expect. I would highly recommend Frank Richter Moving & Storage. The price was much better than the quotes I received from two other companies and the service was wonderful.

Second time using Ritchter in 10 years. We had a much better experience in 2008 than in 2017. Unfortunately brand new floors were scratched and workers covered the damages with blankets. Assembled back furniture incorrectly without using all parts/screws. Not a pleasant experience, I do not recommend this company.

This was my third move with FRM. After the first one I never even bothered calling anyone else. They are prompt, knowledgeable, professional, thorough, flexible, courteous, friendly, helpful ... pick an adjective you want for your mover and they are it! George, John, the office staff, all the crew ... couldn't ask for more. Thank you!!
