I witnessed one of Wilkins Electric’s drivers get aggressively cut off by a reckless, entitled driver who clearly had zero regard for anyone else on the road. The Wilkins driver had every opportunity to escalate the situation—but didn’t. No brake-checking. No road rage. No stupid retaliation. Instead, the Wilkins Electric driver stayed calm, controlled, and professional while the other driver acted like a complete clown. That tells you everything you need to know about this company. I was driving down Burnet and their company truck almost hit my vehicle twice. I was trying to merge out of the turn lane and his vehicle almost hit me. Honked on my horn to alert him he was about to cause an accident, and left it at that. Continued driving and when he was in the lane next to me, he swerved to scare/hit my car. I called to make a complaint and he proceeded to cuss at me. Very unprofessional and honestly a danger to the road!

I broke down on the side of the road with a flat tire, and a Wilkin’s employee—I believe his name was Johnny—pulled over, asked if I was alright, blocked traffic with his truck so I could get out of my car safely, and changed my tire for me with no questions asked. I can’t even express how grateful I was!! Please take your business here!

So happy with their service. Not only did they come out promptly when we lost power to our house, they solved the issue quickly and for a very reasonable price. Very strong recommendation for Wilkins electric!

Although I haven’t used their services, I can sure tell you whomever was driving the big truck with their sign on it was an aggressive and rude driver. Yesterday, around 4pm, 290 eastbound, that guy was zipping in and out of lanes. He cut me off and several others. Glad there wasn’t a wreck. All of that to just get to the next red light where we all waited together. Not the best representative or advertising of your company.
