Called with an overflowing septic Friday afternoon. Told us they were booked until Tuesday of the next week. and she made maqic happen and had us scheduled for 10am Saturday. Tech arrived and explained the process to me until completion. From the initiak phone call, squeezing us in and the professionalism displayed from the entire staff, this was a remarkable experience. They are the BEST! First, I missed my appointment but when I called, Amanda (she was awesome) was able to make arrangements for them to come back. They are very knowledgeable and honest, telling me what I needed and did not need. My septic tank had a lot of roots and they were able to clean them all out and pump. My septic tank looks and works great. They will be the only company I use. Excellent service!

There is a reason why review after review, Wilkinson Septic gets a 5 star review. They are absolutely fantastic. It starts with Amanda. You can't train someone to be that good and sincere. The guys who come out are great as well. Alex today was very professional and easy to talk to. I called Amanda two times during the clean-out, and she was unreal. Keep it going and thank you.

On Saturday during the freezing rain our septic alarm went off. After no return call from our current provider, we called Wilkinson Septic Sunday morning at 7:00am. I am sure I woke up the owners, but they were kind and courteous. They don't offer the service we needed, as they are a pumping service, but were kind enough to try and walk us through fixing it. When that didn't work, they drove to our home and fixed our problem! Didn't have to, could have easily said we don't provide that type service. We are so grateful for them and this is how you gain a lifelong customer! We will be that moving forward. If you haven't switched to them, do it!

This company is probably the most professional I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Their customer service is top notch and is evident every step of the way. This is the second time we've used their service and we are highly impressed. You just don't find service like this anymore. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing septic services.
