Willard Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing

Thomas was great very informative and quick. To be honest, I like to do the work around my house myself I think $500 just to replace a faucet that I had to go purchase the faucet at Home Depot which was 200.00 was a little steep for my pockets. We paid a little over 800.00. That was a lot to change the faucet out. 🫣😂 I would recommend this company to someone that does not do their own repairs. But I would recommend them to price check. To be honest the only thing I did not do was price check with others around. Before making my decision. Please price check before going with any company to make repairs. I was work and had a lot going on. 🤦🏾‍♀️.

Ronaldis from Willard was excellent. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. He did great work and cleaned up the areas when he was finished. 10/10 would have him back for future work!

Llovina was an amazing technician. He was patient and worked within our budget. He told us what we needed but wasn't overly pushy. He showed pics and really explained what and why we needed preventive care. After he sent pics of work. You can truly see a huge difference. You have earned a customer for life.

We recently received heating service from Willard Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing, and once again they did an excellent job. Our technician this time was Arnold Payton, who was punctual, polite, and extremely professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the work was done right. This was our second time using Willard, and both experiences have been great. The previous technician, Nathan Burt, was also outstanding and provided excellent service. It’s reassuring to know this company consistently sends knowledgeable and courteous technicians. Highly recommend Willard Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing for reliable and professional service.

This was my 1st time using this company and I am so glad I did! Quentin went above a beyond! He was super considerate and helpful!!! He got everything done in record time and it was a hard fix! Lex and Quentin were extremely sweet and I would recommend them 20x to anyone using this company!! 10 out of 10 :)
