Very impressed with their quality of work, responsiveness to questions, progress updates, discussion about issues, daily work habits. I was a bit concerned because my home is almost 100 years old - they did a fabulous job making it look great again.

We had an excellent experience with Willet Construction. Our front door had swollen from the summer heat and humidity, and as temperatures dropped, it became almost impossible to open. Willet installed both our front and back doors a few years ago, so we reached out hoping they could take a look—especially with Christmas only a couple of weeks away. To our surprise, they came out the same day and got the door working again without any issues. Their responsiveness and willingness to help on short notice made a big difference. We really appreciate the quick, dependable service. Highly recommended.

I've been a Willet customer for over 10 years. They have basically rebuilt my 125-year-old house. I recently had hail storm damage to all but one of my north-facing windows, and they were older windows, so I had them replaced with new Anderson units. Also, one of my 2 skylights was broken, and the other frame was badly beat up but the glass was OK. I had those both replaced. Other than a long wait, due to backlog, when the crew arrived, all work was done, including replacing outside window trim, (Willet-installed James Hardy), in a couple days. By the way, James Hardy is the best ... there was no damage to the siding, even though we had hail between golf ball and tennis ball size. You get what you pay for, and these guys are top-shelf.
