Willey's Well Drilling & Pump

Allen did a fine job getting me set up with a turn key new well. His price was fair/competitive and he got it done when he said he would. Very pleased and would recommend his services to anyone.

My pump went out Thursday evening in 15 degree weather. Allen came early Friday morning and got it up and running, new pump, wiring and connectors. I watched some from the comfort of my utility room as he pulled 160’ of pipe (propane heater on himself to keep warm). He is VERY efficient. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. So good to have someone this competent in the neighborhood.👍

Little did we know what a personal disaster a post-Thanksgiving thunder-snowstorm would become. Unknown to us at the time, we had a lightning to ground strike that would lead to us having to replace a 120-foot old water line from the well to the house. For weeks, we had tried everything we could think of to fix it before reaching out to Willey’s Well drilling in absolute desperation. After Art repeatedly checked out everything, he told us that the damage was possibly caused by a lightning strike and that if we found proof online, the insurance company would possibly cover the cost. We did our homework, and he was right on all accounts. We watched Willey's Well Drilling dig through 2 feet of snow and ice and 5 feet of ground in sub-freezing temperatures with horrific wind chills to replace

I must say that Willey's is top notch when it comes to servicing their clients. Our pump went out last Saturday evening. We called Willey's as well as several other companies, and Allen called us right back after we left a message, even though he was traveling back from vacation. He came out Sunday morning, and took a look at our situation to see if it was something simple he could fix on Sunday. Unfortunately, we required a whole pump replacement. Allen came out 1st thing Monday morning ,and he and his coworker replaced the pump, the wiring, and repaired the pressure switch. They did all that work within 2 hours. Very much impressed with their level of service. Outstanding company to work with, and we highly recommend them.
