Cannot say enough about how helpful Brian and his team are. Woke up with no heat today and they made sure they did everything they could to get us back up and running as we’re facing single digit temps this week. Our tech, Tom was thorough and helped us understand our system and what it needed to get back up and running and took care of it professionally, quickly, and affordably.

I wish I could give a negative rating. They sent a technician twice, but the issue still wasn’t fixed. They claimed the second visit was covered since the problem wasn’t resolved the first time, yet they still billed me $300. The issue was a leaking HVAC, and all that was needed was to replace a bent pipe with a gap. Instead, they tried to sell me a $20k HVAC unit. I ended up fixing it myself with a $15 part from Home Depot. When I called to discuss it, the staff was rude, and instead of offering to improve their service, the manager told me not to call them again.

The rep came out, charged 89.00 to confirm that the blower motor needed to be replaced in our tankless water heater. We were told part was ordered, repair would be about 900.00 since the repair would take about two hours to complete. After three weeks without hot water, called the company but still no update as to when they would have the part. I then called Rennai directly, and after speaking with a representative the correct part was located in 5 minutes, I then paid for the part myself and had the blower motor shipped directly to me. Bill sent the repairman out the next day, had the new blower motor installed in 20 minutes, not 2 hours like they had originally told me. The company did not charge us anything additional, which is why they are getting 2 stars instead of zero!

While I was disappointed yesterday that they could not come out during the storm to fix my HVAC unit, Chris did come today - exactly at the time promised and the heater was fixed within a matter of minutes. Since new parts are also required, these were ordered on the spot. I've been a customer for over ten years, and I've come to expect fast, reliable, knowledgeable service.

William G Day provide a new Air Conditioner system with the Carrier Infinity Unit. Toby was very responsive and modified his proposal several times to meet our requirements. We got a very good price and excellent value. Toby, Kevin, and Marco were courteous and great to work with. The installation was on time and on plan. I recommend William G Day and will go to them for all my future business.
