My sister and I contacted Mark and his wonderful crew to build us this BEAUTIFUL new porch. As with any construction job we had hiccups, but Mark worked with us the whole way through to ensure it was done right and to our expectations.

William Penn Renovation LLC rebuilt our deck. They did a terrific job from start to finish. They even completely cleaned the area between the two work days (I appreciated that because we have a dog). The deck looks amazing and it was definitely a competitive price. Friendly crew and efficient communication regarding estimate. Highly recommend.

William Penn Renovation did an excellent job with adding an extension to my deck. They took my existing deck and ensured the extension matched up exactly as requested. They payed attention to details when they completed this section as I also needed it to be structured to hold a hot tub. I was extremely happy when Mark arrived at my house when agreed and also provided me an estimate within 24 hours of his visit. His crew finished the job when expected, were beyond friendly and courteous. I was nothing less than impressed with their work ethic. I now have Mark estimating my next project and hope to continue to use their services as needed. Keep up the great work guys (and Tina)! Kuddos....

2020 was a challenging year, but one bright spot was our new deck built by William Penn Renovations! The new deck gave us two great new outdoor entertainment areas, which was great given the need to stay outdoors as much as possible when entertaining. Once the project got started, Mark’s team worked quickly and effectively to get the deck built, and the quality of the construction is excellent all the way around!

Shout out to the guys at William Penn Renovation LLC.. I needed the siding pulled and replaced on one side of my home. (Wind damage) I called Mark at Willaim Penn and a few days later his guys were here. They were very good and did not waste time. Start to finish was just 4 hours! Thanks again guys, it looks great!
