Extremely bad experiense when contacting this company. The owner wife handles all the incoming calls and she is extremely rude and ghetto. I have had to 2 brand new AC units installed from this company but will never do business wuth company again because of the owners wife who seemed to enjoy hanging up the phone on customers when you ask questions. Either she is suffering from dementia or that's just her personality. I extremely regret that i gave them my business because good luck if you have an issue after the sale. 1 star company in my book
