Don't have James Williams construction do any work for he skips out on jobs an doesn't finish his work for example the nice house on Clay St the room hasn't been finished at all! He also doesn't pay his employees all the money they worked for he doesn't keep his word he said he'd help me out when he never paid me an kept making excuses an said he'd pay my rent up he hasn't paid me nor done what he said he'd do!
