Thanks to Chris at Williams oil. I have been with them for 29 years. I was worried about getting to low with the oil. I asked for Chris to call me. He call me and explained how the process goes and I felt much better. With being on a fixed income I was nervous to get a bill for over 200 gallons. Thanks again for coming out a filling my tank this morning. I appreciate it very much. Happy Holidays

One of the girls that answers the phone is unbelievably disrespectful and rude and also acted cowardly because she refused to give her name to account for her despicable behavior. She answers the phone yet tries to give people advice about their heating - really????!!!! Umm are you licensed with the state of CT to do that? Then she hung up when she was redirected as she rightfully should have been. Used them for years and never encountered this. The techs have been awesome which was why my wife and I called back. I hope they don't not let unprofessional people answering the phone damage their reputation. Whoever you are little girl, try going to school and actually becoming a tech before giving people advice about their heating unless you don't mind finding your name in a lawsuit for p

Called during an emergency as we woke up before a snow storm without heat, and was told that since I no longer purchase oil from them regularly, they will no longer service my furnace. Feels like pretty bad business practice even though they've serviced my furnace since before the house was purchased. Gentleman on the phone lied to me several times, telling me that the last time they were out was before i purchased the home, but I have record of them coming out last year to fix an issue I was having with the burner. Will not use them again.

Called to get oil for 2 homes , didn’t realize you need account set up to buy oil , girls in office have no concern or empathy for families that need oil and are happy to cancel or deny business , very dissapointed , I myself , family and everyone I meet I will never recommend them for oil ..they seemed happy to deny me because I had a bad day and apologized for my anxiety they gladly denied my business .
