Mr.Williams. took time from his off day on a Sunday: came to my house and repaired my heating system for more reasonable payment then Hammond Heating and Air in Griffin Ga. Mr. Williams was kind and professional and caring. Mr. Williams was concerned that my heat went out during bitter cold and said I am coming to see if I can get your heat going and he did. He deserves 10 Stars!! After hearing an outrageous quote for just a " builders grade" system, I called Mr. Williams. He was shocked at the price & brand. The 3 best American hvac systems were: Train, Lenox, & Rheem. Train stays near top becuz of their name. They buy foreign parts & quality has gone down horribly! It's just the name that still keeps them on list of best....Mr. Wiliams was the FIRST REAL SOUTHERN GENTLEMAN I'VE MET HERE!!!
