We have been trapped with 100 other vehicles for the past hour, and nobody is answering the phone or is around. Be aware that you are out of luck if the gate is not working properly.
Trapped 100s of people in here for several hours and did nothing to let them out. 911 was tied up with calls from people trapped for hours.
DO NOT PARK HERE FOR EVENTS. They’ve trapped 100’s of cars in the garage after 4th of July due to the slow payment system. Ridiculous. Thinking if 100 of us split the cost of the gate and we could Venmo the garage?
During Las Colinas 50th birthday celebration, others were asking for $10 for parking but at this location, I was able to park for just $5.
