WARNING: Do NOT use Willis and Sons. I hired Willis and Sons to work on a heating system in one of my buildings. I was explicitly quoted $100 per hour over the phone. They showed up at 3:30 PM and were already putting their tools away by 5:35 PM, yet somehow justified billing well over $1,000. They installed two parts that did NOT fix the problem, leaving the system still not working. Charging four figures for a repair that fails is unacceptable by itself — but it gets worse. I clearly stated this was NOT an emergency and told them they could wait until Monday. Instead, they chose to dispatch late in the day and then unilaterally claimed “after-hours” charges that were never discussed, disclosed, or approved before sending them out. Not satisfied. Had a service scheduled 2 weeks ahead of time. On the day of the service they gave me the run around and kept coming up with excuses. Guy I talked to was nice but ultimately they didn’t hold up their end of the service. Not very professional

Made time in a booked up day to come and diagnose an installation error made by another company. Willis and Son didn’t fix my issue, at my request, as I dealt with those who made the error. However, they did work me in when the other companies were giving me week long wait times with a leaking AC unit. Also, set me up for success to speak with the other company. Mega impressed.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Our AC went out during the hottest week of the summer. We have an infant. I had called another company and they diagnosed the issue, collected payment and then we never heard back from them. We called Willis & Sons and they came that very day, diagnosed the issue and had our AC up and running the VERY next day. They treated us as an emergency since we have a baby and I could not be more grateful. Every single person I had contact with was kind and extremely professional. I felt that these people truly cared about our situation and didn’t just see dollar signs. Thank you, Willis and Sons!!
