Shawn did a great job. He diagnosed the plumbing issue and immediately resolved the problem. He stayed until he was sure the pipes were free and clear, put everything back in place and left everything clean. Very polite, communicative and trustworthy.

We had a water pipe break and called Williston Plumbing, and Lucian responded quickly and professionally. He kept us informed throughout the process, quickly found the problem, and fixed it efficiently. He was very careful to keep wall damage to a minimum, which we really appreciated. Lucien has been to my house several times over the years usually for furnace maintenance or repair. Today it was for a leak in my baseboard heating.
