I go in the office and get parts for my well.The ladies up front are always helpful and super nice. I have also gotten great advice and service repairs from them. I just want to say I appreciate y'all and thank you🫡🇺🇲

Ben gave me a verbal estimate. Bill was 2k higher. Called asking if they were willing to make it right. Didn’t get a call back for 2 weeks. When he eventually answered my call, I asked if they did written estimates, Ben said yes. I didn’t get one. Ben then proceeded to call me dishonest and “trying to take advantage of a situation”. If that was my employee, we’d be having an immediate sit down. I would have shopped company’s as the price I was billed is a premium for this job. Have used them in past multiple times. Steer clear!

I'm very disappointed in this company. We just bought a new house and they did the well inspection and our pump suddenly stopped working about a month after living here and they refused to come and check the problem. It is under warranty and they didn't want to make a simple phone call to explain the work that needed to be done. I even offered to call and have the repair man on speaker and I would take care of the rest. They just said "they don't do warranties" and then when I explained I would pay up front it was just speaking into the speaker of my phone what the issue was so I can get reimbursed the owner still did not want to come saying he was short handed. I could run out of water again at any moment and they didn't care at all, I have a 2 year old and I'm currently pregnant. Since t
