Willow Creek Flooring

We had such a great experience with Willow Creek. Everyone was super friendly, easy to work with, and really helpful when it came to picking out the right flooring. They answered all our questions and made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. (Especially Jason and Krista who were answering questions on their day off!) The flooring looks amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with how our project is turning out. You can tell they care about their work and their customers. I'm an interior designer and have worked with Jay and his team on both personal and professional projects. They do a great job.

Absolutely abysmal treatment from the service men who redid the flooring at my house. I gave them the courtesy of using my restroom, multiple times, and they did not flush when done. Guys had a nasty attitude when I asked if they could keep my hallway clear so I could access my room, and above else they damaged my welcome sign by peeling off letters. I wouldn't use them again nor recommend their services to anybody else due to my poor expirience.

We have looked to Jay and Willow Creek Flooring to complete our flooring projects in our past and current residence. Jay is very professional, listens and works with you, and offers excellent suggestions. His crew does an outstanding job on both removing existing flooring and installing new, whether carpet or vinyl. In addition, they did an awesome job on a back splash and counter top project. We highly recommend Willow Creek, and know you will be very satisfied, as we have been.

We have used Willow Creek flooring to replace carpet in both of our houses. Jay,Krista, and Molly were exceptional at helping decide on the color and style. We have been very happy with the outcome. We will definitely use Willow Creek again when its time to replace my kitchen floor:)
