Willow Creek Outdoor Management

I use this company to manage the landscaping for several of the communities that I manage and they are Awesome! I am truly picky about who we work with. We want companies that are not only efficient but understand that HOA's are not made of money and are willing to do the work to make sure the community looks great. Every time we have called the team at Willowcreek to get something repaired, cleaned up, or managed they took care of it in a timely manner. They are also respectful and wonderful to work with. Definite recommend.

Very happy with willow creek. Excellent response and reasonable pricing. Sod had been added, trees moved and bushes planted. I'm excited to see what it will look like once the flower beds have been cleaned out and flowers planted. Recommended Willow creek to friends looking for help with their yards.

Willow Creek was recommended to me by the company that removed my trees. They did exceptional work! The home I bought had a lot of overgrown landscaping and weeds. I needed a lot of sod where the trees were removed. I also had river rock and weed barrier fabric placed. I priced out buying the product myself and got another landscape estimate. They were the best price overall. They’ve given me a clean slate to build upon. I highly recommend Willow Creek and will absolutely hire them again!

WARNING!!!DON'T HIRE THIS OUTFIT!!!Company was recommended by a friend. Foreman came and speced out the job, gave me estimate for fall cleanup of yard and driveway, and pruning of some camellia, gardenia, boxwood, holly and azalea bushes around the house and fronting the street. Quoted me $480. I thought it was somewhat high but said okay. (Strangely enough, while we were discussing the job, he actually said to me it was hard to find good help!) Job was scheduled for next day between 9 and 930 am. When they didn't show or call by 1045, I texted the foreman. He said they were "on the way". At about 1115 I heard some activity at the top of the driveway. Went to look and three young guys were hedge trimming one of the big Hollys facing the street. Long rant........ After paying a "pretty penny" for 10 pallets of sod plus the organic topsoil that was so "highly recommended" by Andrew (Owner) and installation, we are left with gaps between rows, humps in the yard (that were not there prior to sod installation), and unanswered assurance of a smooth, flat lawn. We have found sticks, glass, and rocks in the excess topsoil that was blown back on to the fresh sod. As we watched the crew work, the soil was not raked out evenly or level throughout the entire yard. It was not properly rolled after installation because, "the handle kept coming off the roller". When we contacted Andrew, he assured us he would send his guys out to address our concerns. They did. The gaps were "fixed" by tearing pieces of sod off of what was already laid and bas
