Will's Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Inc

We have relied on, and hired, Will's Heating, Cooling & Plumbing for over 9 years. Over that time, as we've renovated our home originally built in 1795, they've replaced all baseboard heating, installed forced air HVAC, outfitted multiple bathrooms with plumbing, new fixtures and heated floors. They've also replaced our hot water boiler with an on-demand hot water system. Beyond this, they've been super responsive and have always been quick to help during times of inclement weather and emergencies.

Knowledgable, punctual, and fairly priced. What more can you really ask for in a service/repair contractor. Our oil boiler was extremely inefficient and it was heating our radiators unevenly. Will diagnosed and fixed the issue with precision. The difference is night and day. "When you want it don't right the first time", call Will.

I was having trouble with water backing up in my basement. I called Will and he helped me troubleshoot the symptoms over the phone. Within minutes of arriving at my house to take a look, he was able to fix the problem of a blocked pipe. I felt he was honest about the actual problem and was sincerely looking to help resolve the issue quickly. I will call Will first, the next time there is an issue!

Awesome experience with Will's. Called for a broken central AC system, they came out within hours and took care of the issue quickly and charged a very reasonable fee. Also, made great recommendations for maintaining my current system without any hard sell tactics for future upgrades. A+++ Will use again!

Wills serviced my heat pump pool heater in 2019 to check the refrigerant. All was good. I needed a sensor replaced in 2022, a very simple operation, and called him THREE TIMES, leaving a message each time. He never returned my phone calls. I am using another company from now on and I'm very satisfied with them. They answered the phone the first time I called them, came to my home, replaced the sensor, and that was it. Will does not return phone calls. I don't know how he makes a living, ignoring customers like that.
