Aaron and Jacob were exceptionally professional from start to finish. They arrived on time, were well-prepared, and carefully evaluated the work I needed. They explained everything clearly, took extra time to walk me through the challenges, and offered thoughtful solutions. Their communication, customer service, and technical knowledge really stood out. While the quote was higher than others I received, their professionalism was outstanding.

Journeyman Alex And Apprentice Kaden did a terrific job of replacing my tankless water heater. Alex was able to come in and diagnose the problem quickly, ordered a replacement and returned the next morning to install. Both worked conscientiously and quietly. Alex was able to talk with office staff to resolve questions and move the project forward efficiently. Both arrived as expected and completed the job in the estimated time. They answered my questions and took time to do so without rushing their answers. I don’t hesitate to recommend them. I feel confident the work was done well.

We had a late afternoon plumbing emergency. Marc Gonzales - Master from Will's Plumbing & Testing Service arrived within 1/2 hour and got to work quickly. He explained his work plan and kept us informed as the work was done. He gave us an accurate estimate as well. Very professional and knowledgeable. Our plumbing was backing up in the laundry room and downstairs bathroom. After various attempts to remedy the situation myself, I called Will's Plumbing & Testing, my go-to plumbing company for the last 9 years. Aaron and Regal came out to investigate, turning up some additional issues. Some of our plumbing is 55-year-old cast iron at the end of its life. We have an electric water heater that is a few years old, we had no hot water through out our house. We first called the company that we purchased the water heater from and all they did was unplug and replug it, we had hot water for one day. That company tried to sell me other services that claim would fix the issue, they never once opened the water heater. We called Wills plumbing and had a technician (Alex)here the very next day.
