Have had positive past experiences with Wilmington Air, but once they became Blaze, things seem to have changed. They recently canceled an appointment on me for an electrician visit. No worries, it happens. Told me they'd call the next day to let me know if they could squeeze me in but that if not, the day after for sure. Didn't hear from them the next day. The day after, I waited until noon, but they didn't reach out. I called and found out they were cancelling my appointment again due to a sudden illness. I asked if they only had one electrician. I made the mistake of paying for Wilmington Air to diagnose my ongoing terrible humidity issues. The guy came out blamed it on a dirty upstairs air filter, and topped off the refrigerant a little bit. He said he did a thorough review of everything on both the upstairs and downstairs unit and it was all super clean and the humidity issues should clear up shortly. It was a complete waste of a few hundred dollars. Two weeks later, of course had zero effect, so I called Anderson Air out. This guy immediately found the issue, and said it incredibly obvious because the air condenser was cracked and frozen over in the attic and had leaked its insides out all over the attic. When my original installer stood us up, Wilmington Air was the only who came to rescue us on a 90 degree humid Sunday. AC is so critical in the summer you have to make sure you have someone reliable to call upon. In Wilmington Air we found ours. Hadi was on time, with great communication, honest, and most importantly, out here to help when others can't or won't. We will use definitely them from now on.

Cameron is amazing!!!!! He has worked on our broken AC unit twice now and both times he has been quick to come out and fix it. He is very professional and very smart at what he does. Truly do not know what we would do without Cameron this summer!! He is the best!!
