We are so satisfied with Wilmington Heat And Air’s Quick service and communication with us. Our tenants were having trouble with their air conditioning system, and we needed a new one quickly. That day, Wilmington Heat And Air came out to assess and go over with us our options. With in a couple of days, our tenants were able to, enjoy a new system ! They also worked with us on financing! I highly recommend Wilmington heating and air if you want to professional and courteous group of people to work with!!

I was super impressed with Dan and Wilmington Heating & Air. Our AC went out yesterday afternoon, we called and they offered us an appointment this afternoon, and Dan was actually able to get here early! How often does that happen? He was friendly, fast and efficient, and got us up and running in a matter of minutes. We were bracing ourselves to have to replace our entire HVAC system, but it was a simple and relatively inexpensive fix. We will definitely be using Wilmington Heating & Air again in the future, and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Beginning of this month, my cold air went out for no reason. I called the company that had installed my HVAC in 2020 but they were heavily overbooked and weren't able to get me in for over a week (they called back two hours later and were able to give me an appointment the next day). I've used WHAC in the past, and they have been excellent all the time. Like I said, my current HVAC system was installed by a different company in 2020 after my previous HVAC conked out after 5 years and was not registered under warranty (thank you for installing a p.o.s of an HVAC and not registering my warranty DR Horton).
