I've had a wonderful relationship with WBAC for the past 13 years. NO MORE!! I have had an ongoing issue with no satisfaction whatsoever....I received a quote on May 16, 2025 from them for work to be done in my home. I've called, e-mailed, texted and NOTHING! I'm DONE! Should have been done long before now!

My AC unit went out and we called Wilson Bryant on the recommendation of a good friend. After I was told they would be out first thing Monday morning they showed up around 5:00. They diagnosed the problem as a bad blower motor and said they had to locate the part. They came back out Tuesday around 5:00 and replaced the motor. The service tech informed us that an emergency switch was also bad. I called the office to find out what time they planned to come out the next day. The person we spoke with continuously talked over me when all I needed to know was what time they were coming back. Finally, he advised that the tech would be there first thing this morning. He was not. We reached out again and were told that a different tech should be there between 1:00-2:00. He was not. Around 5:00, w

I was due to get my AC replaced on September 26th 2024, and then a hurricane happened. Wilson Bryant worked around my work schedule and replaced my AC on October 1st. I highly recommend them for your AC services they were highly accommodating and extremely professional with their service and speed fitting me in so quickly, they were always quick to get back to me when I had questions and are a asset to the local area.
