Cost was important for us and he managed to keep it down, always giving us the options and wisdom/guidance to make the right trade offs with full transparency. He really went above and beyond. Patrick and his crew just completed a large pool cabana house for us in the backyard (plus a front porch and driveway renovation). We recently completed a fairly big home expansion and summer-kitchen project, and working with Pat (owner) was outstanding. His attention to detail was clear from day one. Communication was constant and clear, and the subcontractors he brought in were all professional and seemed to know exactly what their roles were. Despite the high level of service, his pricing was very competitive, and the entire project ran smoothly from start to finish.
