Wilson Construction and fence

Found out after the fact that these projects should have been permitted and weren’t, likely because Wilson does not have a license. The footings he added can not pass inspection and are not in fact load bearing, as he promised. Haven’t been able to get in touch with him to rectify the issue. For simple projects like the fence, probably ok, but don’t have him do anything structural. Added some footings to my deck to increase the load-bearing capacity and installed 6’ vinyl fencing around my yard to my exact specifications.

Thank you Wilson Construction for building our fence! We are very happy with the finished product. There was an issue with the gate that had to be fixed, but it was resolved in a timely manner. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the fence and would definitely recommend Wilson Construction to anyone seeking quality and reliability.

In Sept 2021 Wilson Ruiz had his crew out along with him and did a fantastic job on a fence installation with beautiful driveway gates. They were quick did extra work with the scope of work change and was fair priced with quality work. Unfortunately I can't refer them to do a job. Only because my husband called him twice in January 2022 to get him back out to add a post stop to 1 of the gates so that it doesnt move in the wind. We expected to pay for that visit and his work. He acted that he didnt know us or the job each time but set a day and time to come out to the house to look at it. Both times never showed, nor did he call. Its unfortunate for a 1 hr job at the cost of maybe $20.00 in parts that I'm now trashing him on line. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. YOU WILL REGRET IT. THIS IS

Wilson’s professionalism and punctuality were superb. Highly recommended. Finished my three-day job in two days.

Really happy with my fence. I got a split rail fence with wire, and the wood is solid, each post was secured with concrete. Overall, looks really nice.
