I believe that whoever answers the phone should seek another job. There is no reason to be rude or have an attitude. Especially when you're in the service industry. I can't say anything about the installation service because I wasn't given the opportunity to work together.

The staff is SUPER amazing and respectful. However, a young man I think named Kaleb was very rude to me. He seems lazy and was very disrespectful to me. I asked for help and he just acted like he didn’t care about my question and was visibly annoyed.

very very expensive charged us one hundred dollars an hour for floor installers, dont think attorneys make that much. had the nerve to at profit and overhead on the bill would never ever use then again
