Wilson Flooring Pros

I'm kinda torn on my review of Wilson Flooring. Although I enjoyed working with this company, I feel like they kinda brushed me off towards the end of the project. I have an older home and hired them to install new flooring throughout my entire home. They were always punctual each day and did their best to make sure I was satisfied with the work they were doing. We ran into some problems with the subfloor, which prompted some last minute changes. They did try to remedy the problem, but ultimately we had to make those last minute changes. My home is kinda small, so they had to place some of the furniture outside while they installed the flooring.The problem was that they didn't cover it and I was stuck with sawdust on my couch, chairs and bar, that I had to clean off myself. Virginia and her team are great. We have used them to put carpet in all of our rooms and also to put a runner on our stairs and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them. They are very professional and reliable and their pricing is great. Wonderful people to work with!

I had my house remodel in May 2023. They did all the flooring also the 3 bathroom/ shower. They had to do all the work in a very tight timeline. Everything got done 👍🏽 everything looks beautiful. They had to do a lot of repair work because my house was not built very well. My only advice to homeowners: is to listen to your contractor. I did not know the difference between first or second for bathroom tiles. They will do whatever you want them to do. The tiles that I bought, It wasn't the best quality. They had to work extra hard for my mistake. But they made it work and it looks great. Only wish I wasn't on the tight budget because they deserve a bonus. 💕

I was looking to replace the carpet in my two upstairs bedrooms and on my stairs. I contacted Wilson Flooring and Virginia got back to me within minutes. A few days later, she brought over carpet samples based on what I told her I wanted and I fell in love with two options. Both were out of my budget and Virginia said she would look around for something similar. She found it!! The carpet was installed quickly and looks beautiful! I could not be more satisfied. I will definitely use Wilson Flooring from here on out!

Excellent work! Repaired my LVP flooring in my kitchen. Previous flooring company rushed installation- these folks took their time and corrected the faulty previous installation. Reasonable price for high quality work- they take great pride in their work. Excellent work ethic.
