Wilson Home Heating

I ordered 100 gallons of heating oil and delivery was scheduled for today. I called to see where my delivery was and It turns out I was waiting all week for a delivery that wasn’t coming. Whoever I talked to was quite dismissive, saying “maybe we’ll get to you Monday.”

My go to for home heating oil and all my other fuel needs. The drivers are top notch and the office staff are polite and caring and pricing is always the cheapest. Highly recommend!!!!

Similar experience to others, we waited nearly two weeks before I just canceled. I have called nearly every day for the last week to confirm what day they were coming, as we were getting very low. Was told we were on the schedule multiple times and then no one would show up. This really isn't acceptable when it's in the middle of winter and people are relying on you to keep their homes and loved ones warm. There are better options, while slightly more pricey, that will deliver within 2 days and are more communicative and kind - use those!

Wilson home heating has been great since we switched to them, they are always friendly and fast but they went out of their way today to provide exceptional customer service! I came home last night after spending the last week with my wife in the hospital and the house was 43 degrees, we had no idea we were that low on oil. I called this morning and despite being totally slammed with deliveries for the day, the woman I spoke to was compassionate about my situation and made an exception and delivered oil the same day to us and saved us hundreds of dollars from having to stay in a hotel for the weekend. Thank you Wilson for taking care of your customers and having a heart! You’ve earned our business for life and we’ll tell anyone we can about you!

I can’t remember exactly what happened but something ridiculous happened, im assuming the driver was having a bad day and he was mad because he had to back up 20ft or go down 10 steps to the tanks I kept thinking is this man serious, is he on drugs or did his wife do him dirty that’s why I can’t remember but they are close in distance and years later they know who I am and at the last second after waiting days they say we’re not coming because of whatever that incident was and besides how can a company that only delivers oil have so many bad reviews.
