THE HOURS OF OPERATION ARE WRONG Be sure to arrive 30 minutes after they say they’re open and 1 HOUR before they say they close. I used to rave about WilsonArt. The person operating the counter always assisted me and never made me feel like I was bugging her. My how the apple has fallen from the tree.

No idea why they have so many negative reviews. Our experience was amazing! Pulled up at 0745 without anything ordered, walked up to the desk, were helped right away and drove away with our order at 0800. As long as you follow the clearly posted signs for where to go for help you shouldn’t have any problems.

They often take over 30 minutes to deliver orders that were placed well in advance, whether hours or even days ahead. If punctuality is important to you, I wouldn't recommend this service—they show little regard for their customers' time.

Customer service is one of the worst I’ve encountered. All doors locked during business hours and no one available at the order desk. I had to walk around the exterior knocking on doors / windows to get someone’s attention. Once I got their attention they acted like I had inconvenienced them. A black lady finally assisted me, she was nice, I would suggest that the owners of Wilson Art have them shopped so they can see how miserably they would fail or they may need a class on customer service! They need to be replaced!

they should take these negative reviews into account and use it to improve their hour long wait time. It seems theyre having a hard time taking pride in their customer service. they love to mention their "high standards" when nothings changed over the past 2 years
