Hmmmm where do I begin .... Upon my arrival to Wilson Art on Garden Oaks Blvd my ecstatic mood was instantly drained when I tried opening the door at 7:00 AM sharp (which I assumed to be open because it says it's open at 7:00 AM - 4PM online )long story short they aren't open at 7:00Am they're open at 7:30Am Found this out by watching an employee point at their watch in a condescendingly fashion until a guy came to me and told me "we open at 7:30" after making him aware that it says they open at 7:00Am online he nonchalantly says "yeah, the times not updated" and locks the door. By this time it's 7:20Am as | eagerly waits for 7:30 to approach my mood has drastically changed.. I could only imagine on how'd I'd be treated once I actually entered the building and to my expectations ..... fill

Been trying to place an order since tuesday. Bobby or Ruby don't really know what's her name, but she is giving me really hard time to process the payment for that order, everytime that I call she hung up the phone on me or make smart comments. I spoke with Ivan (the manager) he is not helping at all, When I tried to put a complaint on her, he just gives me the go around and don't get back to me.

Picked up some laminate for work and it was easy !!! Warehouse employee was definitely very helpful and quick !! Will def be back for more !!

The skinny lady at the front row desk is mean and arrogant. Very impatient when inquiry about a product. Thanks for your “warm”customer service. Rugby is 10 times better service than yours, ma’am.

Great product, lousy service. No, horrible service. And I understand they have difficulty getting labor. The old employees are fantastic, but the new guys they have on the front of the loading doc are sourly, unhelpful and almost seem to go out of their way to make things difficult. Uncooperative etc. I have been doing business with them for 25 years, this is the nadir of disservice.
