Their craftsmanship shows in the little things: clean grout lines, seamless transitions, and level surfaces where a previous installer left problems. They communicated at every step, fixed any mistakes early, checked in on preferences, and followed through without excuses. The space was tidied nightly and the final walk through was thorough. Wilson Custom Flooring did an excellent job, and very fairly priced, on the install of our new floors. They went out of their way to meet up with me past their business hours because I got off work at the same time they closed. They gave nice recommendations and have tons of samples to bring home to see what it looks like in your house first. They got the material in fast and installed half a day ahead of schedule. The team that did the install was professional and helpful on other recommendations. Overall, if you need a floor done, I wouldn't look any further than Wilson's. We recently bought a new (to us) home in Gainesville, and spent 10 months remodelling it extensively before we moved in. Part of the remodel was replacing all 3200 sq. ft. of flooring, the walk-in master shower, and the kitchen backsplash. For all of this we hired Wilson’s. They did everything - wood floors, tile floors, carpeted bedrooms, tiled master shower and kitchen backsplash. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. It was fantastic in every way.
