I have been a customer for 6 years now, and refuse to go anywhere else. Every time we have needed them, they have been there with excellent timing and amazing customer service! The employees are always respectful and courteous, and never once out of 5 visits have we ever had a surprise on how much the bill would be! Always up front and honest makes them one of, if not the best the state has to offer!!!

On December 9th 2025, We had a problem with a spilt unit in my wife’s quilt/craft studio. When I called about mid-day Patrick sent a tech out right away. The problem was not a simple fix and a new evaporator was needed. It was ordered and installed as quickly as the part could be shipped and received. As always the technicians that came out, Chris and Herb, installed the part and had the system up and running very quickly. In addition our house unit was due regular service and Chris checked it as well. Great service as usual from by everyone! From all the office staff to the technicians. Just a great company to do business with!

Couldn’t be happier with Wilson’s! They saved me in the summer and again today with fast same-day service. Everyone is always so kind and the pricing is very fair. A special shout-out to Michelle Hawkinson at the front desk—she is always so kind and gets me help as soon as possible. So thankful to have a company this reliable in our community!
