I'm a bit disappointed with the professionalism. I left a shirt I needed for a wedding this week to get laundered last Friday. They told me it was to be ready by Monday, which I was excited about. Unfortunately, I have had to work out of town this week and was not able to go pick up my shirt until today (Wednesday). Thinking with a couple of extra days, it would have definitely been ready. So on my drive into town to go pick up my shirt, I called to see if it was ready. No answer. I drove by the shop at 3pm and the building was closed, although the posted hours said it should have been open. I initially had a good experience with this cleaners, but the last month has been a disaster. I took in a rug for cleaning a month ago. It was to be a Christmas gift. When the rug was not back by Xmas I was Ok - but then they called to say they had it back. I went in yesterday. There was a rug, wrapped on the floor with no name on it. It looked like the size of my rug but the clerk refused to let me open it to see if it was mine and told me it wouldn’t do any good because she has no price for it and no ticket with my name. When I expressed my irritation she told me she was quitting and hated working there. She said there is no organization and the owners/managers never show up nor provide any help. She said they lose item all the time and she was sick of having to deal with people

Good friendly people and service that is appreciated. I would suggest updating your hours on the website as I drove in to get laundry on Saturday. Website says open till 1pm. Store was closed when I arrived at 11:57am. Bummer, now have to wait till Monday when I could have adjusted schedule to pick up Friday had we known you were now closed on Saturdays..

Be careful and watch your debit/credit card. they charged $2.45 fee for a debit card. claims its the machine or the bank fault and has no control over it. no signage to warn about extra fee. Said i can come back and file a complaint. refused to identify owner of establishment. why did I leave Victory cleaners? Lost a customer

They did my 15 piece order and it all turned out perfectly. Returning customer!
