TheWindRiver tech - Lamont- went above and beyond to service our system. He successfully identified some previously unknown issues and properly resolved them. He also took the time to explain the details to the home owner and to thoroughly test the results of his interventions. Excellent service. Thank you and bravo Lamont!

We had Carlos Lopez as one of our service providers and they were wonderful! Very knowledgeable which was so helpful given we had a bit of a complicated setup. Great partners to work with.

Lamont cleaned and pumped our 1500 gallon septic tank. He was amazing: he explained to me about the condition of the tank, did a very good job of cleaning and caring for it, took the time to properly cover and save the lawn, gave me clear and good instructions to keep the tank clean year round, and was nice and kind through the whole process. Such a very good person and employee!! I highly recommend him and his company.
