My Dad (87) needed his bay window fixed/replaced. This was an amazing experience! From the estimate to the finished product/installation, it has been nothing but professional and pleasant. We are very pleased! Amanda’s (dispatch) flexibility has been amazing! Thankful for her organizing the whole thing! Mr. Patterson (seller) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy (did not automatically try to get us to go the most expensive route). Tryna (manager) was also great about coordination and always pleasant on the phone. David and Steve (contractors) were great! Knowledgeable, quick and attentive, and they cleaned up after themselves. They were a joy to have there and work with!

We are extremely pleased with our new doors. Our house is 48 years old and still had the original exterior doors. Our new doors are so much more efficient and are great to look at. The installer did an awesome job, making sure the doors were perfectly installed.We hope to work with Kenny and his crew again.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The initial meeting was a no fuss situation. The sales person came to my house and I selected a new door. The sales man was respectful and kind. I already knew what I wanted and it took less than 20 minutes to get the paperwork complete. It did take some time for the door to get shipped for installation. Ryan, the installer, was the most professional and clean installer I’ve ever had at my house! The whole approach from start to finish was smooth and uncomplicated. This new door is perfectly installed and perfectly cleaned up. The finishing touches were so impressive. There was no trash left. The whole area was cleaned up. As I have been with Window World for years, choosing another company to replace my window was not a consideration. Over the years, they have done considerable work to my home and my experience with their products and work has always been exceptional. Recently had bonus room window replaced, including the half moon, plus window shutters. All communication throughout was effective, thorough, starting with Chris. The day of, workers arrived on time, reviewed the work expected, replaced the windows and shutters without issue. They explained how the windows work (for cleaning purpose), were respectful, efficient, answered questions, cleaned up remnants, and took the old windows. Will continue to use for future projects. We could not be happier with the conversion of our screened-in porch to a glass/window 4 season room! We love this new space. Kenny, our salesperson was polite and very thorough explaining the process. Our installer, Ryan, was fantastic. He was polite, pleasant, organized, and clearly a very experienced professional at window/door installations. He finished our project ahead of initial projections and keep all areas he worked in clean and tidy. Based on our experience with this installation, we could highly recommend this company.
